继2026爱丁堡新春聚会后,春社茶学应爱茶友人之约并根据其创意性建议举办了首次以大胆尝试勇于创新为特色的茶酒文化对比交流品鉴会并获得圆满成功。

核心理念:旨在寻求不同地域风格与匠心工艺相结合的大胆尝试。让同样历史悠久,同为传统文化代表的苏格兰威士忌与中国茗茶“琴瑟和鸣,共同聆听泥煤与松烟、果园果香与山野花香、辛辣与辛香编织成的交响曲,享受两种古老技艺在同一”舞台“展开的精彩对话。
Act I: Floral & Fruity Bouquet | Lowland Whisky Meets Fragrant Oolong
Pairing: Glenkinchie 16-Year-Old (The Four Corners Series) & Pomelo Blossom Dancong Oolong Tea
Flavor Dialogue: The whisky’s grassy notes, lemon zest, and delicate florals harmonize with the tea’s rich, sweet pomelo blossom aroma, jointly expressing an elegant, fresh, and mellow character.
Flavor Bridge: Pistachio shortbread and unsweetened roasted banana chips add a gentle sweetness without overshadowing the tea and whisky.
Act II: Peaty Coastline | Islay Peat Encounters Pine-Smoked Dried Longan Aroma
Pairing: Caol Ila 14-Year-Old (The Four Corners Series) & Lapsang Souchong Black Tea
Flavor Dialogue: Caol Ila’s maritime salinity, medicinal peat, and smoky essence meet Lapsang Souchong’s honeyed, pine-smoked longan fragrance, creating a stunning contrast within a “smoky terroir” theme.
Flavor Bridge: Smoked salmon intensifies the smoky motif and bridges the two with its rich, unctuous texture.

Flavor Dialogue: A richly layered and intensely spicy conclusion. The whisky’s full-bodied meatiness, dried fruit, and black pepper spice interplay with the tea’s famed “rock rhyme” mineral notes, roasted aroma, and distinctive cinnamon-like pungency—a peak encounter of power and complexity.
Flavor Bridge: Dark chocolate biscuits provide a sweet-bitter base that accentuates the bold spiciness of both.
