2026 Chinese New Year Celebration Organized By Cantonese Premium Tea House Ltd.茶香满园关不住，春社英伦迎春归–记2026年春社茶学爱丁堡迎春活动

2026年2月27日，春社茶学应海外友人之约，在爱丁堡知名华人餐馆香巴辣火锅店举办了2026年迎新春欢乐嘉年华活动。这是春社茶学自2023年海外分公司成立以来，首次在海外举办旨在宣传中国传统文化，分享节日喜悦的公益活动。承蒙国内外合作伙伴的倾情合作与支持，本次活动取得了超乎预期的成功与热烈反响。怀着感恩之情，让我们一起回顾与分享活动的难忘时刻！

On February 27, 2026, Cantonese Premium Tea House Ltd., invited by overseas friends, hosted the 2026 Chinese New Year Celebration at the well-known Chinese restaurant “Xiang Ba La Hotpot” in Edinburgh. This marks the first overseas public cultural event organized by Cantonese Premium Tea House Ltd. since the establishment of its international branch in 2023, The aim of the even is to promote traditional Chinese culture and share the joy of the Lunar New Year. Thanks to the wholehearted support of our partners in China and Edinburgh, the event achieved remarkable success and enthusiastic response. With deep gratitude, let us review and share the cozy and festive moments of this celebration.

一、筹备一个月的用心与期待

为了让海外友人感受到原汁原味的中国年味，团队提前一个月开始筹备：

·设计应节海报，营造喜庆氛围

·书写灵动雅致的“福”字书法作品

·准备寓意吉祥的伴手礼与春节红包

·打磨活动流程，让每一位来宾都能沉浸式体验中国春节文化

每一份细节，都饱含着春社团队的心意。

1. A Month of Thoughtful Preparation

·Designing festive posters

·Creating elegant and livelyCalligraphy of the Chinese character “Fu,” symbolizing good fortune

·Preparing auspicious gift sets and traditional red envelopes

·Curating every detail to ensure guests could fully experience the charm of Chinese New Year

Every element reflected the team’s dedication and care.

二．迎宾前夕：香巴辣团队的挑灯相助

活动前夜，香巴辣火锅店团队在结束一天的辛劳工作仍倾心相助

·张贴海报、布置场地

·组装新年饰品

·准备简易茶席

·挑选酒品、分装礼物

灯火阑珊处，是大家为传播文化而共同付出的身影。

2. The Night Before: Heartfelt Support from the Xiang Ba La Team

·Putting up posters and decorating the venue

·Assembling New Year ornaments

·Setting up a simple tea art display

·Selecting wines and packing gifts

Everyone worked together to bring this cultural celebration to life.

三、宾客如约而至，欢乐序幕缓缓拉开

活动当天，中外宾客陆续到场，现场氛围温馨热烈。外国友人首次体验茶艺操作，品尝年糕、煎饺、中式糖果等春节小食，大家围坐畅谈，分享文化、交流生活，欢声笑语在空气中流淌。

3. The Arrival of the Guests Marked the Beginning of the Festivities

Guests from various backgrounds gathered to experience a brand-new tradition with excitement and curiosity. For many foreign friends, it was their first time experiencing Chinese Tea Arts and tasting traditional New Year treats such as rice cakes, pan-fried dumplings, and Chinese candies.  Cozy and happy conversations filled the room with the smell of sweet home.

四、彩狮踏舞，惊艳全场

当彩狮登场，现场瞬间沸腾。舞狮的节奏、力量与喜庆感染了每一位来宾，将活动推向高潮。在热烈的掌声中，美酒佳肴也随之上桌，锦上添花，喜庆慢慢。

4. The Lion Dance Show Brightened the Night

The moment the vibrant lion dance began, the entire venue erupted with excitement. The rhythm, energy, and festive spirit of the performance captivated every guest, lifting the celebration to its peak. As applause echoed, fine wines and delicious dishes were served, adding even more joy to the evening.

五、匠心佳肴，年味满席

香巴辣团队为嘉年华特别打造了一桌寓意吉祥的中式盛宴：

·年年有余（松鼠鱼）

·红红火火（火锅）

·喜气洋洋（风沙羊排）

·添丁兴旺（宫保鸡丁）

·和气团圆（京酱肉丝卷）

一道道菜肴不仅美味，更承载着中国人对新年的祝福。

5. A Feast of Traditional Cuisine

The Xiang Ba La culinary team prepared a special New Year cuisine, each dish carrying an auspicious meaning:

·“Abundance Year After Year” (Squirrel Fish)

·“Prosperity and Good Fortune” (Hotpot)

·“Happy and Smooth” (Spicy Lamb Ribs)

·“Flourishing and Thriving” (Kung Pao Chicken)

·“Harmony and Reunion” (Beijing-Style Shredded Pork Rolls)

Every dish delighted the palate and conveyed heartfelt New Year wishes.

欢乐的时光总是转瞬即逝。筵席虽散，但美好温馨的回忆将伴随我们迈向新的一年，怀着爱与感激，我们期待再次相聚。
